Afnan began his career with PwC Pakistan, gaining strong foundations in advisory and assurance before transitioning to the textile industry, where he has spent over 16 years in senior leadership roles. He brings over 20 years of diversified experience in business advisory, financial management, taxation, and IT governance across large manufacturing and export-oriented organizations.
In his most recent role with one of Pakistan’s leading textile exporters, he led strategic finance, IT, and tax functions at the group level and supported the Board on business strategy and corporate restructuring initiatives.
Amna began her career with Ernst & Young, London, where she built a strong foundation in audit, advisory, and taxation before progressing into senior leadership roles across BP, ArcelorMittal, Bank of America (London, UK), and A.P. Moller–Maersk (UAE). With over two decades of global experience, she has led finance transformations, start-ups, and governance frameworks across the energy, logistics, and industrial sectors.
In her most recent role with the global shipping leader A.P. Moller–Maersk, Amna headed the Global Investments and Capital Planning function, driving value creation across a USD 2 billion portfolio of warehouses and cold-chain assets.
Recognised for her strategic foresight, commercial acumen, and people-focused leadership, Amna is passionate about building high-performing teams and enabling organisations to achieve sustainable growth. She continues to champion financial empowerment and leadership excellence, inspiring others to align purpose with performance and turn vision into long-term value.
Usman Javed brings with him over 15 years of accounting and finance experience across a diverse range of industries, including IT consulting, engineering, and construction. His area of expertise span accounting & bookkeeping, budgeting, and taxation. Usman has also developed expertise in meeting the specific accounting and finance needs of startups, along with driving efficiency, governance, and sustainable growth at such companies.
Usman completed his MBA and Bachelors of Commerce (Accounting) from leading universities in Pakistan.
Mohammad (Mo) Azam is the former Senior Vice President and Chief Audit & Compliance Executive at UPS, where he reported to the Board of Directors. He led global audit, compliance, ethics, enterprise risk management, and privacy functions.
Before this role, he served as UPS’s Global Financial Process Controller, overseeing global shared services for financial processes, and previously worked as Global Controller for Supply Chain Solutions. Earlier in his career, Mo was Vice President of Finance and Accounting at Mellon Bank’s leasing group and held senior finance roles at Ford Motor Company, Dole Packaged Foods, and Sega Internet Games. He began his professional journey in public accounting with KPMG.
From 1991–1999, he taught Finance and Accounting as an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University. Mo holds a bachelor’s in Accounting and an MBA in Finance, is a CPA, and serves on boards of IIA Atlanta and NAAAP.
